You know that we can't get all of that right now. Because we know that ANet is always thinking about their lore (at least most of the times); and we know few things like "ANet cant talk about the Wizard Tower' or that the Revenant story is much more complicated than what the HoT story could tell us without saying stuff like "Oh I met a God" or "Meh you know spirit magic and the rifts infuse the person". And so if we want a real answers we need to be patient.

Oh one more thing, Seers and agony, Agony that is active exist only in Mists not in the 'Real' Tyria at the moment; The Underworld and Fissure of Woe can still exists, they weren't a part of tyria after all; Primordus preasence on the surface of tyria is growing; Cleansing of Orr happend, but for the game purposes we're playing in the past where Zaitan is still existing or cleansing of Orr woudn't happen in few seconds, because after all we are dealing with a huge mass of land; Scarlet's "Alliance" could be formed over a years as after all she lived over many years and she could use fear and power of her inventions (like steam creatures) to create alliances; Dominion of Wind is like North Korea, not much get in and out; E is a character that need to be introduced properly, again to make his character and shape the story, Krait Orb if I recall was or is examined by Priory; Nightmare Court can work in the same way that Creationists dose 'La La La I can't hear the Truth La La La', 'We will neither submit to a Dragon or Pale Tree.
