There is a possibility. Robert B Bruce talks about how he did something similar in Psychic Defense. There are certain beings who are parasitic and just hanging around people in distress waiting for a crack in the armor. They might be lingering around you and saw this outward declaration as an opportunity. They will of course, not actually give you anything in return for this 'contract' because it's just the nature of these beings (which is different from the almost outlined conduct of more formally conjured and well-known beings). But of course, there is also the possibility that nothing was actually around you.

I'd still recommend for you to start clearing and banishing though, because whatever energy that might have started to stick to you will be at its weakest right now. Keep chanting "I cancel and revoke all contracts, agreements, permissions, known and unknown, I've made with any being under duress" every day for however long you want, and completely believe in it. Put power in it. Try to keep your mood up and dismiss any negative thoughts for the next while.
