Do a divination first to see if it's really a hex or just a bad month for a variety of mundane reasons. Try to get as much information as possible about the nature of the hex if there is one, as in who sent it, why, the reasons, so you can design better rituals to break it. Clear, clean and banish your home with banishing/hex-breaking herbs and do salt baths consecutively while using prayers of your birth religion for protection/deliverance for 7 days. Ward your house too. If your divination is successful and you figured out who did it to you, make a poppet of that person and dunk it into a mirror box so everything they send out comes right back at them.
