I think Kyron Horman was abducted by a stranger at school.

I know a lot of people think the stepmom did it but her Dr. Phil episode raised a lot of questions for me. It turns out that her alibi did check out, they have her on surveillance almost everywhere she went that morning. It was proved that her vehicle wasn't on Sauvie Island that day. So, I started looking into this alleged accomplice and best friend DeDe. But, it turns out they weren't as close as a lot of the things I've seen online portray them. They hadn't even talked for months (since one of their birthdays.. I don't remember which) and LE only looked at her because they questioned everyone Terri (the stepmom) knew and DeDe was the only one in the area on the day Kyron went missing. But, her vehicle was in her employer's driveway all day and her DNA wasn't found in the truck Terri was driving. They didn't call or text each other that day actually hadn't in months (unless they were both using secret burner phones).

On Dr. Phil Terri Horman said her lawyer (who is a pretty high-profile attorney) did some digging and found out that a clerk from a gas station down the road from Kyron's school called police after a strange encounter with a man the day before Kyron went missing. Apparently, the man was acting weird pacing back and forth for a long time, the clerk went out to talk to him and the man asked him where the nearest school was, he replied Skyline (Kyron's school). Apparently, LE didn't even look into this. It's been stated in a lot of articles that the school had a billboard outside displaying the time and date of the science fair and badges or a sign-in weren't required to enter the school (at the time).

Also, I read an article about a man who found a bloody child's sock on Black Butte Trail but had a lot of issues getting it to police, at one point the dispatcher told him to throw it away. He finally got someone to come get the sock but then that cop told him his supervisor might just make him throw it away, he asked the officer to let him know what became of the sock but he never found anything out.

That makes me wonder what else LE might have ignored. I know they ran into a lot of budget issues because the search for Kyron was so expensive. I know that in cases like this it's almost always a family member who's responsible. It's reasonable to think that maybe LE did ignore some tips or leads that pointed to a stranger abduction because they were so focused on his stepmom and were running short on funds. Or that maybe they got lost in all the bullshit tips they received.

I think Kyron's disappearance might just be one of those rare times that a child is abducted from school. I'm not about to become a cheerleader for Terri Horman's innocence or anything but I'm really leaning towards stranger danger on this one.
