{fa} what’s the difference between being fearful avoidant and BPD? Having anxiety over having BPD when I’m pretty sure it’s FA

Just out of the symptoms list - Fear of abandonment (check) - Unstable intense relationships (unstable check, intense is normal level) - Unstable self image or sense of self (don't relate) - Rapid mood changes (don't relate) - Impulsive dangerous behavior (impulsive check -ADHD- dangerous no) - Repeated self harm or suicidal behavior (nope) - Persistent feelings of emptiness (unsure, check? More than average prob less than BPD) - Anger management issues (sometimes) - Temporary paranoid thoughts (check?)

In general when I compare myself to people who told me they have BPD or who have considered having BPD, I am nowhere near that unstable, dysfunctional, or intense. Even the shared symptoms like emptiness, anger, paranoia, their version of it seems much more extreme and out of control to me. I also only relate to these in the context of relationships and not in any other area of my life (except for impulsiveness and depression). Like I don't get pissed off someone gave me the wrong coffee order or something, it's usually interpersonal stuff.
