Hylia is Jesus. She gave up her divinity to go live among her people in order to save them from the ultimate evil power.

Hylians are to **Christ*ians.

Of course, there are some major differences. Jesus retook his divinity (while assimilating mankind into his divinity). Hylia stayed with her people and is strongly implied by SS to be their ancestor. And the Hyrule Encyclopedia says that Hylia is continually reincarnated in the person of Zelda (similar to how Hyrule Warriors explicitly says that all Links are a single reincarnated soul). So, that's a bit different from Jesus.
