Definitely not a badass or hero, the uncle caused the problems.

It was a true story, I believe happened in Florida.

NOTE - the ass hat uncle caught the shark, brought the nephew close to the shark to show it to him, the kid got bit, then the uncle reels the shark in again, took out the arm, then reeled it in again for them to shoot. Not a lot of wrestling the shark other than with normal bait and tackle used to catchy this size fish.

The 7 year old should have never been that close to a bull shark that was still alive and mad about just being reeled in. Always hated hearing that he was a hero or badass when he caused the kid to get hurt. He should have been charged with child endangerment.
