Post Match Thread: Brentford 2 - 0 Arsenal [English Premier League]

Unpopular opinion: Arteta is the best thing about Arsenal. The club just has no strategic purpose, no high-caliber operators to make things happen in the market, and mediocre players in the starting XI.
I appreciate it's the toughest market in years. But you either have to sack the manager and find a manager who can get the best out of the players OR back the manager and make the changes above him to construct a team he can manage.
We're doing neither and suffering for it. My sense is Arteta is a good manager but needs the infrastructure around him. Maybe I'm wrong. In that case you need to decisive and sack him and find a manager who thinks these players can give more. But it has to be one of them, whatever we're doing at the moment isn't enough.
