Mostly agree. Seems like a ton of these guys do so well in Xfinity and just don’t do anything in cup. Specifically some of the guys who even win championships. Suarez and Stenhouse come to mind. They were good in xfinity but didn’t light the world on fire in cup, or at least underperformed after being put in upper-middle cup rides. The cars are just so different, I think guys like Reddick with a ton of talent are capable of jumping into a cup car and performing well, but I think most Xfinity guys, even the good ones, take a LOT more time to get good in cup than teams are willing to give them with the amount of development drivers in the pipelines.
