I find it hard to believe he was completely blindsided by the lawsuit. The organizational structure he hired still answers to ownership. Even if he was indeed blindsided, he's been aware of allegations for months. He could have suspended Bowman pending results of the investigation.

I appreciate what he's done to turn the organization around. I appreciate Q for his leadership and the Cups, but we're talking about two players who were abused and threatened with reprisals. Those players will live with the trauma forever. Those culpable in any fashion should be admonished for the rest of their lives. Not that it will come close to the anguish the players have and always will suffer.

I've played off the responses by fans who question their ability to further back the team. But reading the report, I'm joining that crowd. Stan was the last FO chip to fall. Great. But in my mind this is something so egregious and disgusting that at least for now, I can't even look at the organization without contempt.
