Pretty much all subreddits are unfriendly towards artists trying to promote their own music. Do you have any methods for trying to get your music out there?

I'm going to have another go at this ignorant twat. Let me explain this to you, son. Here's an example. Jan till June, 2013, go thru a few dozen disks to try and get samples. Dealing with 7000 files, most minutes long. Clean shit up for days on end. Wind up with 1230 samples. Figure out a categorizing method so I know what's going on in a file name without hearing it.

June was going to start trying to make tunes with this shit. Probably would have taken half a year for a track. To make a video where abstract things move with the beat timing and melody notes, probably another half year. So a year and a half for 1 track and a video.

All my spare time. Going at it part time per day. That's with leisure completely discontinued. There is no fucking around because music is my only hope to get out of the hole. Any fucking around takes time away from getting out of the hole. ok i'm not fucking kidding with this shit like you.

Now it comes time to post the video somewhere around here. One bitchass troll, like you who has nothing better to do than click F5 refresh on new all day long, downvotes my shit to 0. Everybody's got the attention span of an atom around here so everybody else sees a 0 and it gets igored and buried.

Let's figure out how many man hours were put into that vid.. oh year and a half all my spare time. Leisure discontinued. If i had a "life" and a "bitch" and "friends" it would be about 3 years for that. And all it takes is 1 troll like you, clicking 0 downvoting that and it's flushed down the toilet.

So sorry for thinking "how much more popular his music should be", but it's a little bit different than some fucking cunt like you who presses loop buttons and whips out a track in 5 minutes. ok so go fuck yourself too, kid.
