Pretty much all subreddits are unfriendly towards artists trying to promote their own music. Do you have any methods for trying to get your music out there?

So i'm dealing with this, i'm 43. Dealing with that aids cold from hell on top of this back.

oh how about this one, remember the slipping on ice at the top of the stairs. How about coming out of a building when it was icy again. I fell backwards and landed oddly on my right arm. I get in the car and can't even shift it into drive. Fucked up the right shoulder. Cannot use the right arm. That took about a month to get back to normal. Fucked up the nerves in my right arm. That was fuckin serious. Normally you "man up" about shit but not this one. Fell backwards on a slanting slope and it musta bent the wrong way.

That was fun for that month to try and continue doing my shit on top of all these other things. The back there with that pinched nerve, almost couldn't keep working on the music because sitting at the computer in this chair would set it off. The hydraulic on my chair crapped out a couple months ago and got a new one. Compared to that other one this one's slouching. So proper posture now and new mattress. Had a tax return and got new shoes.

Oh the shoes, had a problem a few years ago where the bottom of my feet would tear. I worked a job in a warehouse for a decade but steel toed boots fucked 'em up. Had to get out of that line of work where not standing for 8 hours. That's why I got into this driving shit.

That job in that fucking warehouse picking orders and putting away stock with no equipment to move you around. You'd run around, somebody had a distance counter and it was about a dozen kilometers a day. With steel toed boots, times, oh think it was 9 years and then some when i got out. Fucked up my feet.

Almost coudn't keep walking around fucking up my feet. Tried every fucking insole on the rack. Was almost fucked there. Paid a few hundred for custom orthotics but as you step in them it goes wider than those shit things and gets pinched on the sides. Rigid insoles don't bend. Nothing was working.

Found these yoursole.com insoles where it's sorta rigid but kinda bend. Then as you walk in them they shape to your feet. Fuck did that ever cure the feet problems. Anybody with tearing bottom of the feet there, this shit would help. Had to watch though the type of shoe to put them in. I got fucking 4E wide feet and tried types that are too flexible and was still tearing. Some guy at a store told me about this nike cross trainer that don't move around as much. Nike air monarch. Those shoes, which are still around new, and those insoles fuckin fixed my damn feet situation and I can still run around. But this job i'm still going across damn malls from the loading zones because you can't park out front anywhere in rush hour. Too much running around and risking fucking up my damn feet again.

1 day doing this job, almost can't fucking do it, ok.
