Do you really need a long response?

Absorbing man: the only character on the list that you should be building because he is the current meta and is going to be required for an upcoming legendary and will be helpful for getting quicksilver.

OR: build him because you have the rest of his team built but only after you have Uxmen and Deathseed because they need the mutant gear first.

Don’t build Doom and Mr Negative because they require mystic gear and mystic gear is a big bottleneck in this game.

The best characters are the ones that are not in the game yet. You need to hoard.
