'Quantumania' Writer Jeff Loveness has addressed if Kang had a potential romance with Janet: "I intentionally left it a little vague, but clearly, let's say they're very good friends... Maybe they had sex..."

Using sex as conflict is basically my critique here. Just the fact that you have an actually nuanced way of explaining why the sex reflects on her inner conflict is exemplary of why i think you couldve written this movie better than jeff.

Because i dont think that nuanceness is something jeff or peyton reed had brought to the screen properly, if that was their intent.

Also, the "30 years" and "suddenly" thing is interesting u brought up, because i genuinely dont think u understand what i meant.

The "suddenly" is not me referring to time. In another way of saying it, its me trying to question why people think this many decades would mean people should have sex. And honestly, maybe you are right on the fact that Janet had sex with someone.

But what narrative nuanceness comes from the writer hinting that she had sex with two of one of the most influential people in the Realm? My critique is on what this says about Jeff and his writing. Why does sex HAVE to be a thing to consider here... when they can have conflict between each other, regardless of sex?
