Most Indians don't even know lesbians exist.

This is literally the most bigoted thing one can say.

Either homosexuality is naturally occurring in humans and in that case breaking free of centuries of rigid institutionalised sexual behaviour is embracing our true desires.

Or it is the case that homosexuality is the product of a certain cultural milieu, thus Indians who are not a part of that cultural milieu dont know about lesbianism and thus must be taught about it and their tastes refined.

The Indian women does get horny seeing other girls, but due to the social condition they find themselves in they arent able to fulfil their desires. These social conditions are itself influenced by material conditions, if one has enough wealth to go around only then they can masturbate to various intricate fantasies.
