[QUESTION] What should I fix on this guitar to lower action and increase playability? (pics included)

Your guitar is starting to develop major problems. Probably been out in the weather and has been strung up for years. The bridge is starting to bow. That effects the string height and playability. Also your neck truss rod is a little out of adjustment. The bridge itself and the nut look pretty much ok the way they are. This might be to hard, but sometimes a quick fix for it is to unstring it and put a damp sponge inside for a half hour or so and a big book on top. Sometimes it will straighten out itself. Don't keep the sponge in too long and let it dry out and set for a few days. Then restring it to tune and then press the top and bottom fret at the same time. The fret in the middle should should have the string very close to it. A couple pieces of paper should just barely fit. If there is too much space on the middle turn the truss rod to the right a quarter turn. If the string touches the middle turn it to the left a quarter turn. Only turn a quarter turn at a time. Also use new strings. Elxors.
