In their form 10 -12G/A submitted on 17/1/22 they state:

“We estimate that the Samancor facility will generate revenues of approximately US$90 million per annum with an EBITDA of approximately 60%. This project earnings estimate is based on annual costs of approximately: US$4.8 million for slag screening and conveyance; US$7.2 million for labor; US$7.5 million for site levies and license fees; US$4.6 million for consumables and tailing sand beneficiation; US$5.2 million for utilities and maintenance; and US$7.1 million for selling, general and administrative expenses. This estimate is based on a number of assumptions in budgeting for our future activities, including the costs of commodities and the effects of regulation and taxes by governmental agencies. These assumptions are inherently subject to significant business, political, economic, regulatory, environmental and competitive uncertainties, contingencies and risks, all of which are difficult to predict and many of which are beyond our control”.
