Why does it take multiple days to settle a stock sale?

Bingo. He's a specialized technician who works 5 days a week in the industry. It's 100% perspective. For the average Joe who goes to work everyday at the construction site, what he said is a language from another galaxy.

YET, he comes in here and says and says it's not complicated even though he has a degree in it as a specialized career where he probably makes somewhere between $200K-400K/year simply because he understands the complication. He even constantly contradicts himself by saying it's super complicated because all their systems are tied to it.

This is the guy playing with Joe Construction's money in their 401(k)s, Pensions, Roth IRAs, etc...
