Raptors, explain this? Am I blind or how come it can be B?

I really don't know what happened to you guys since I watched maybe 5 of your regular season games, but I would say that the Wizards truly are a horrific matchup for you and I feel like a lot of people are underestimating that. They are so good at tracking off the ball and denying passes and the thing is, if your bigs can't space the floor, they put you in an even shittier position. I mean, if you are on the wing, and someone denies the wing pass to you, what are you taught to do? Cut backdoor, right? Well Wall and Beal are both really good at not just tracking and denying passes, but also get the proper body-positioning, and they both have the speed to cover those backdoor/basket cuts. When your bigs can't space the floor, those cuts to the basket become even less effective as that area is clogged. When a team feels uncomfortable in the offense, you'll see that they're slow to go through their options, their unsure with their cuts, screens, and passes and all of this is going to be exploited by the Wizards. When you have run some plays, you can just see that the Wizards are covering all the main options and then when you go to your isos, which are normally very successful, they can guard that as well. The only weakness in their defense is with their bigs (huge credit to Randy for mitigating the disadvantage that they bring on that end), but you don't really have the guys to exploit that unfortunately.

I think it's arguably the worst matchup you could have asked for, and hoipefully next season you'll have a coherent defensive scheme, I think that's what's dragging you down the most personally (but like I said, I haven't really watched you guys).
