If you're not enjoying it, take a break from it, more playing is only going to make it worse. If you miss it, you'll come back to it and enjoy it. I know it probably feels weird to not play because it's something you've done every day for ~4 years, but at the end of the day it's a game and if it's not fun, it's lost its purpose.
