im gonna be honest, and say that when my ex was putting me through a living hell i had said similar things. i was manipulated and gaslighted for several months, to the point of feeling that way. she did the same to me though and it was emotionally draining

regardless of that fact, it was toxic of me to say those things and it’s toxic of her. if you feel inclined, call the local police department and ask for them to do a wellness check. all they’ll do is knock on her door and check to see if she’s okay. she wouldn’t be going anywhere nor can they legally take her to a hospital or whatever. they will call you afterwards to update you. they’ll ask for your information to keep on file but at least you would have the peace of mind knowing that she’s at least safe.
