Just found this blackpill meme floating around on IG. How would you refute this?

3 years in the gym I've sustained 2 injury's, I spend a hour in the gym 5 day a week split. Driving and all its around 12 hours a week investment. Cheerfully planning my meals eating nasty ass protein shakes to get my macros, staying optimally hydrated for peak output and Sleeping enough and refraining from any alcohol at party's, for my hormones to be at there best.. My wife said I was sexy when I was "Mr.Bones" 115 pound guitarist, She admits at 150 "Buff Ben" when I'm semi lean, I'm more attractive. And the way she looks at me is different noticeably. When both we do my Diet to lean out. We loose weight at a similar rate. The most we have lost is about 30 pounds together.. Me 165-137 to down to 7ish % body fat. her 215 -185 pounds she's 4 foot 11.. She only eats my high protein, low fat, diet food when I cook it. and quickly regains the weight after the diet. I love her for her always will, But I do feel planning your meals to be filling and lower calories is easier then plaining meals and weight training combined.
