Reasons for Slow Progress on Foundation Series - Part 2: Update

I really enjoyed reading both this thread as well as the last ! I have been working on foundation for almost a year now.

Thought it might be interesting to see how long it took me to achieve mastery of the progressions.

FL bent hollow body hold 6 weeks bent hollow body rock 14 weeks straddle hollow body hold 17 weeks

SPL scapular shrug 6 weeks forearm plank 14 weeks plank 1 day single arm plank 4 weeks

SL ABH 11 weeks ABR 20 weeks

MN tuck up 11 weeks straddle up 7 months and not mastered, I've been able to do 5x15 for a long time, I'm just not flexible enough.

SLS deck squat 11 weeks cossack squat 8 weeks side to side squat 12 weeks

HBP inclince pushup 1 day pushups 6 weeks pppu 8 months and still not mastered, I have worked myself up to almost mastery, but then decided my form was shit and went back a few weeks.

RC hinge row 1 day elevated rows 11 weeks bulgarian row 14 weeks

So as you can see, sometimes I mastered something way below 11 weeks, sometimes a bit above, mostly it hasn't been too bad.

In 2 cases it's been extremely long. Like for the straddle-up, I need to become more flexible, and i haven't been stretching very seriously, so that's my fault.

PPPU, first my core was lacking..and now, I don't know why it's taking so long. But I did do the mistake of not continuing doing normal pushups, so its possible I lost strength because of that.

The other things like the holds, I haven't used any particular technique like doing 80 sec holds, I just repeat weeks and eventually I get it.

I don't like doing IM's, maybe they are beneficial, maybe not..

I'm 185cm / 6'1" and 82kg / 180pounds
