What Can I do to Give Myself a More Hourglass Shape?

Firstly, you already have an amazing figure.

Secondly, if I'm understanding you correctly, by "hourglass shaped", you might mean you want to emphasise your glutes further. If so, I would really look at checking out the stuff by Bret Contreras. He is a strength training pro with a particular emphasis on glute training and female aesthetics. His signature exercise is the barbell hip thrust. You can get a flavour of the various other exercises he recommends here.

Quite a few of these are calisthenics moves or just require resistance bands. You might find you get better results consistently following one of his programmes, but I think the core of it is: above all, hip thrusts and glute bridges, also squats of various forms, lunges/split squats, deadlifts of various forms, cable/band pull through, back extensions, reverse hypers, high step ups, and banded abduction moves.

Saying all this, please don't focus only on legs and glutes and forget about training the upper body too, as I think building lean muscle mass all over will help towards your body recomposition goals and overall health.

You will gain a little fat when building muscle mass/bulking, but you can lose it by doing a cut while still training: make sure you still get plenty of protein to maintain existing muscle mass while cutting.

The love handles you mention don't seem very pronounced to me right now, but if/when you feel you have currently picked up a little too much fat for your preference, you can always do a mini cut for a few weeks before switching back to a calorie surplus to build more muscle mass. Just don't do what I've done in the past and flip flop too much between bulking and cutting, as it might make it harder to make notable gains.

Keep enjoying the journey! :)
