Fact. You live in a country with a second amendment that allows its citizens to carry weapons. So if you don’t like it then leave or petition for tougher laws about their use. But don’t bring your childrens safety into a sub that is about the hypocritical Harkles and put it on me.

In Britain we are not allowed to carry weapons and in fact in the event of burglary we cannot even defend ourselves using a weapon of any kind. People who have tackled burglers with weapons have been sent to prison. Let that sunk in. We have terrorists that want to blow us up on public transport. Not just the Muslim threats of the last 10 years but going back to the 80’s when the IRA bombed shopping malls full of women and children. Largely funded by America I might add. Knife crime in London is rife and the perpetrators are mostly teenagers. So no need to tell me about what it’s like to live in a violent society and be fearful for my children.
