Redditors who quit their jobs in a blaze of glory, what's your story?

I quit my valet job this past week actually. My supervisor, let's call him Rafael (because that's his name, fuck you Rafael) was without a doubt stealing from us. We pooled all of our tips, but there were a few times we saw him take a tip, take the luggage cart into the back, and come out without going near the tip box. When we would ask him if he dropped the money, he would say "of course blah blah blah, check my pockets" but it was pointless as the money was already stashed. There was a trick that some other supervisors would pull on slow days, where a guest would come to pay for their valet in cash and not want their receipt. When this happens on a slow day, some supervisors will mark the ticket handicapped and put the $20 in our tip cut. Rafael was a motherfucker though so he would do it every chance he got and put it straight into his pocket. Everyone knew, and everyone hated Rafael. We just had no damning evidence to get him fired.

On my last day this past week, I had the pleasure of working under Rafael. I was like one supervisor level under him, so I had my own key to the ticket cabinet. I went in at 7am, went into our office at the hotel, opened the ticket cabinet, and opened every stack of valet tickets inside. Now, when dealing with valet tickets you have to follow the numbers. It lets you know how many to put in the books, and the last thing you want to do is go out of order. So I took all those stacks of tickets and mixed them the fuck up. Every one out of order. 34886 next to 29200. 24470 on top of 31561. I put a few in my pockets just in case they decided to reorganize. I put my key in the office trash can after locking back up, took one of the valet jackets, and left. There's even another door and hotel exit that I took so I basically just disappeared. Never answered any one of the 20 phone calls I got from Rafael throughout that day either.
