I am not here to fight people. I am simply sharing legal interpretation of the current ruling and how it will be applied until further rulings are determined based on the Justices conclusions today. As it sits, abortion was not ruled a constitutional right (prior commenter is correct). However, if you read the concurrence of each Justice who opposed Roe v Wade, the grounds for each was that the states/your elected body will determine if abortion is legal or not. Furthermore, under its current ruling, you are protected if you wish to travel to another state and receive said services if your residing state does not allow it (based on Kavanaugh’s ruling). Until further litigation is brought forward this is the new law. That being said, many federally illegal things are legal in individual states (marijuana being the most recognized of these differences). I’m just trying to help folks understand the legal interpretations of today
