Resume Help

Hi there, I am wondering what you're wanting to come from listing your leadership experiences from college ahead of your education. You're a manager now so I feel if you're looking for manager positions, you can add more there. I feel you should put education at the top of your resume. I don't feel you need the summary section either - or you could make it shorter at least. It's taking up a lot of space without a ton of added value. (I'm a recruiter and we like to skimm resumes to get an idea experience, education and required or preferred skills. :) let me know if that helps. You have great education and experience, so I don't want it to get overshadowed due to having an overly packed and too wordy resume.
