Alright brutal honesty? Your face doesn't look hollow in that pic. However I wouldn't be particularly happy with your surgeon.

First, as sexist as it is, smile more. You have frown lines. When you smile it lifts your face up and helps make it more symmetrical. look at the pics, notice whenever the edges of your mouth are turned up, it really makes your cheekbones look nice and moves away from your chin. Your best pictures have a neutral or smiling expression.

Now for the shitty part. It looks like your surgeon narrowed the jaw, which is good, but not your chin. From your cheekbones down, your face narrows nicely, but at your chin it squares off. This makes your face look wider (not a bad thing) than it really is, which means at certain angles, it's going to give you that sunken look. Your surgeon should have narrowed the chin somewhat to be more pointed, if possible.

The good news, you're far from hideous. Not perfect is a far cry from hideous. 99.9% of women are flawed. If every woman looked like Gal Gadot, Gal Gadot wouldn't be amazing. You pass, with flying colors.

You have adorable, rosy, soft cheekbones. You have full lips, great skin, nice high eyebrows, bright eyes and a cute little nose ever so slightly upturned.
