The grammar might suck in this, my phone isn't set to grammar nazi, and I'm still a little shaken up.
Okay, I'm not one to scare easily, trust me, I'm squeamish, but I'm not entirely a scaredy cat. But after today, I just as well should be considered a baby.
It started off a month and a half ago, I'm not very social and I hate being out and about, but that doesn't mean I'm a social retard, I just perfer my own company, to that of complete and total bullshit. But as I was saying, last month I was out with my friend Alondra, doing what, I can't entirely remember, but what I can remember is seeing this lady, just a passing glance of course and she wasn't much to look at, but i saw her nonetheless, and she was just watching me. Like I said, she wasn't much of a looker, she was tall, skinny , but the kind of skinny after you prolong working out for years and the elasticity of your skin isnt quite what it used to be, and she had deep raven hair. Alondra remarked that she looked like a homeless woman, so we left well enough alone and I let it slide. It wasn't until now that I realize that I saw this woman frequently, my brain didn't register this at first, but then something happened. On New Year's Eve, my mom asked me to go buy cigarettes at the store next door, I figured 'Hey what the hell, why not?' so off I went, it wasn't much of a walk since the store is just right next door, but as I was locking the door, I felt my skin tingle, that tingle where you know someone is watching you, I tried to push the feeling aside but my hands got clammy, I kept dropping the fucking keys, so I hollered to my mom and told her to lock the door, when I looked up , I stopped dead in my tracks... There she was, the same lady from the time I was with Alondra, right next to my house, watching me... watching me with a burning hatred and a sinister smile crawling across her lips. I involuntarily shuddered , and she laughed, and walked away. I didn't buy the cigarettes that day, or the next. I became increasingly paranoid, I started noticing her around everywhere I went, across the street from my school, at the store next to my gym, waiting for me to pick up my little brothers from school, and each time, she would give me that smile, every fucking time , that same god damned smile. I thought I was being delusional , i had to be going crazy, who would wanna follow me around? I'm just your typical angst filled teenager who hates everything around her. Very typical , haha. But why? But anyway, enough background, let's discuss today. I was stuck at home alone, thinking of going outside for a quick smoke, but thought better of it. I was sitting on my bed waiting for my friend, Alondra , to message me back, she was talking about going to a party for the night and I said that I rather watch grass grow. But as I was watching her little message bubble appear, my blood went cold and my skin started to tingle, I slowly turned my head to the open window, and there she was... watching me, taking in my surroundings and smiling. She looked right at me, I felt her eyes searching for the very pits of my soul, she opened her mouth slowly, "Hello...Layy." That was enough, I screamed, I screamed like there was no fucking tomorrow. How the fuck did this woman know my name , why wad this woman following me around? Why, WHY , WHY???? She laughed at my horror and simply walked off, my heart was racing, my face was sweating, I slammed the window shut and pulled down the curtains and ran to hide in the bathroom. I was scared shitless. I waited for my mom to unbarricade me me from the bathroom, she told me off the same woman who was trying to rob the store next door. My mom said that if I wasn't home, she would have tried to rob my house too. The police were called, and she was taken to police custody. You would think that were the end of it right? Haha, no , guess again.
