We have very similar setups.

If you set the processor priority to realtime in task manager for this game you win another frame or 3. You'll also get much lower dips if you set a frame limiter in nVidia to a maximum of 45 to 50.

Mine stays at a rock solid 45fps, (4K DLSS quality) even when trying to make it dip. It's a frame here and a frame there, but all those ones and twos add up to making the difference of 'pretty but actually not playable' to 'just enough to feel fluent while keeping all the eye candy'.

The benchmark is a very good indication. That area is really demanding. If you get 45fps there, you'll get it everywhere.
