Runescape streamer loses hundreds of hours worth of items after he's tricked into entering a PvP zone

I can see where you're coming from, but I'd like to elaborate further. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, and if it came across like that it wasn't my intention. I'm just saying that he didn't lose his bank. It's a word with a specific meaning in the game and that's why This guy now has hundreds of hours of rebuilding to do which I sympathise with having lost most of my bank when I got hacked a few months back. I'm a main account so I can farm gold and buy items which makes my gamestyle easier than his in that regard, but I also lost a significantly higher portion of value than him so it's semi equivalent. Thing is, his rebuild will be much easier than mine for example because while I lost all the keystone pieces of gear, he has over a billion worth of stock to carry on from. That drastically improves his chances over someone who actually lost his bank. Losing your bank is the equivalent of going bankrupt in runescape. He isn't bankrupt. He's in a shitty position and has lost a lot of hard to obtain items, but his arma set, acb, ring of suffering etc all instantly let him go back to zulrah where he is now, a 3m gp/h money maker. I had to start off making 500k gp/h to earn approximately 120m (240 hours) just to catch up to that gear alone, let alone all the resources like potions, food, teleports, jewellery, etc etc etc that make rebuilding so much easier.

Once again, I'm not trying to diminish his loss. It's a big one. But it isn't a bank breaking loss. It may appear trivial but it's an important distinction that makes the difference between 500 hours of rebuilding and 3000 hours.
