It's wildly insane to drop all regulations and anything in our lives that requires even the slightest thought to make needs to have some regulations involved or we get cars without crumple zones, food with outrageously dangerous pesticides, drugs without any research, etc. Hell, a toilet installed by a plumber with unregulated materials could simply just break within a few months, flooding an apartment with shit from multiple other buildings, cause the people who installed the plumbing had no regulations in place telling them it isn't ok to have 2x more buildings connected to the sewage system than it can handle, causing overflow in pipes that can't handle certain amount of pressure.
