Ryen Russillo and Bill Simmons pick the Wolves as most likely landing spot for Dlo in most recent Russilo pod.

I'm not sure what Wolves player you think the Nets have any interest in via a sign-and-trade. Even if you could pull in a third team (somehow finding an agreement that satisfies all four parties), D-Lo is still likely commanding around $30 million, which means the Wolves would need to send out approximately $24 million. Jeff Teague could serve as $19 million of that, but you still need to ship out another five million. That means the Wolves would need to either give up Covington or both Okogie and KBD.

You need to give the Nets some incentive to make the trade, so they'd likely take either a pick and/or Okogie. You also need to appropriately incentive the team taking on Teague's contract with the same combination of picks/Okogie/KBD.

At the end of the day, even if you could find a deal that worked for everyone, is it really worth it? Aren't you just overpaying for an above-average starter at the most loaded position in the NBA? Teague, KBD, Okogie, and multiple firsts (or Covington/One First) for the right to overpay D'angelo Russell doesn't seem like a move winning teams make.
