I think it's community watch groups being misused to harass people and worse. There's a connection between churches government healthcare and them recruiting people in the community through community watch groups to harass people they don't like or want to make appear unstable. Documenting it through recording is hard because when showing it to other people they just see coincidences. I'm continuing to document in the hopes I'll catch something that is undeniable proof and limiting the amount I leave my house as much as possible. I write everything down too specifically the stuff I'm not able to record so that I make sure I document everything.
