Sadly, it looks like the guy reselling the batch 1 Factors has 2 of them... While it's not technically wrong, it just bugs me. Thoughts?

Hi Ron!

//he basically said he had to do what would be best for his business and he made one excuse after another why he did a perfect drop.//

Oh gosh no, I definitely didn't say it was a perfect drop. It was not a perfect drop! In my replies to your emails about being unsatisfied with the drop, I was just trying to explain my reasoning for setting up the drop the way I did.

For those interested, I posted a full update on the drop here (also posted to my Instagram last week)...

Regarding scalpers etc, I had several family members helping me with orders and shipping, but I do see that one person (out of the entire Batch 1 drop) ordered two knives with no other exceptions. I didn't see this even after exporting orders and skimming the list to make sure people were following my "1 per person" rule (which I did just minutes into the drop) because the person placed 2 totally separate orders instead of adding 2 knives to the cart.

...So again definitely not perfect but really did my best. This was also my first drop, so still learning as I go. I was going on fumes and Diet Cokes there for quite a while but am finally catching up on some sleep! :D

Cheers guys!
