What do you mean it performs no better? The 5205U beat it, if only by 40-70 points. Even by that margin, it's still better. If it's a choice between the N4000 and the 5205U, the 5205U performs better. I'd say things like HTML5 and PDF rendering are what the average user would be doing, and the 5205U wins there.
