Lebron James stands center court, the national anthem had just finished and all the players return to their respective benches, yet he stands alone. The bandaged appendages of limbs that is the Cavaliers bench stares into space, their heart, mind, and souls cloudy with despair. Kevin Love? Out. Matthew Delladova shivers in his corner, afraid of his Aussie father Andrew Bogut. Timofey Mozgov tries to assuage the hecklers who mock his first name to no avail. On the other side of the bench the enemy is riled with emotion and hysteria as they can feel victory within their grasp. Led by the one they name Threesus, Lord Curry in his perfect form, Curry jrs. rejoice as the rest of the World concede to an apocalyptic world of bay area dominance and bay area life.

Yet he stands alone.

The hysteria reaches a pinnacle, ready to burst at the seams as this story ends, yet the glimpse of this lone cavalier catches everyone off guard. His quietness reverberates through the arena, he stares toward the hardwood, his fists shaking at his sides. Yet his demeanor is not that of despair. Nay, there is an energy about him, frothing to and fro, begging to be answered.

A broken, yet still sentient Kyrie Irving rolls limplessly to the side. “K-k-Kyrie…?” Lebron becomes aware. “Lebron, just let it go. I know you Lebron, you love your city and your teammates. That is why you are the greatest teammate of all time. But it is because you love that you must protect. Please… drop your restraints… just… let it go…-“A blue and gold underarmour shoe crashes to the floor as Kyrie’s ankles are crushed by Riley Curry. “I’ve heard enough of this sentiment!” She declares. Lord Threesus looks on with approval.

It awakens. The dormant beast, so long held at bay by years of discipline and gentleness, forces these restraints to concede. Lebron begins shaking ever slightly, his hands balling into fists, grasping for sanity. “ I can’t let this happen anymore.. I won’t let you do this..” Every particle coalesces, focusing their gaze upon him.

“AND I WON’T LET MY CITY DOWN ANYMORE!”

He bellows a blood curdling cry to the heavens. Lightning rips through the stadium roof and waves of light emanate from his being. Everyone stares in awe, fearful of what they have awoken. The most pure form of anger channeled into a force never before seen. Curry looks on, concern cracks through his cool demeanor.

The screaming slows to a crawl, as the once rampant energy consolidates. Lebron now maintains a glow about him, yet the once shaken and furious demeanor is now focused, purposed and stoic. Lebron SSJ2 has arrived. Cavs in 5.
