Ein Verfahren, dass den Polizisten nicht schuldig spricht, wäre nicht fair.
Weil diese verfickte Unschuldsvermutung IMMER gilt FFS.
Dann ist das ein dümmliches und sinnloses Konzept. Es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit als, dass dieser Polizist schuldig gesprochen wird. Wenn es da noch eine Alternative gibt, dann muss man das Rechtssystem in Frage stellen.

Wen interessieren Menschenrechte? Ganz sicher nicht den österreichischen Staat.
Wenn du in dem Fall die Unschuldsvermutung aberkennst, geht das nur indem du den Polizisten ihre Menschlichkeit aberkennst.
