Tell me where I said that dealer and user shouldn’t both be dealt with?

Users shouldn’t be dealt with by the police, I’ve said multiple times that drugs should be decriminalised for the user so what the fuck is me saying that the POLICE should be working harder to stop the importation of heroin got to do with addicts getting the help they deserve? Addicts should be dealt with by qualified mental/physical Heath agencies supported by government money, not the fucking police. The post was concerning the police force, I’m talking about the police not any other agency.

The police SHOULD focusing on stopping the importation.

The NHS SHOULD be focusing on treatment.

The government and other agencies SHOULD be focusing on why/how people turn to heroin.
