PR here as well. Unfortunately everything I've tried for built in Windows command line stuff doesn't work in a console session, nor does PR's built in Set Resolution action. I set a "no external utilities" rule for management's sake so I sorta just deal with the 800x600.

Also note that PR can't click through its own notification box that pops up, so you'll want to close that as well if you have no use for it. My processes were trying to click things in the lower right hand corner of the screen and kept failing outside of dev, just like you. Took me a while to figure that one out...

I usually use a Close Window action looking by Title/Class with the title FormNotifier:*
