Guys! I dont even know what is happening in my town. This year alone we've had a shooting (totally random/killed a young mother of 2). Suicide by train. Armed robbery of one of our Walgreens pharmacies. And last night a body was found in a creek that runs through town. This has all happened in the last 5 months. And, of course, drugs are running rampant. It is just sad and depressing out there. This town doesn't seem big enough for all the crime and awful things that take place. You know how you feel like that stuff happens "somewhere else" and then it starts happening in your own back yard. I feel for everyone who was directly affected by these events. *Sorry- just needed to vent. I don't really have anything in keto news except that I fell off the wagon for 3 days and am back up a few pounds and I am pissed at myself. But I'm back on track as of yesterday. Sometimes I feel like I should have lost more by now and then realize if I weren't going off plan every now and again I could easily be down another 10 pounds more. Idk what is wrong with me!?
