Had to unfollow a female-centric Keto Facebook group

I blame people like Michelle Rock for this. She started this whole anti-science nonsense about how soy and GMOs are bad and it has spread like wildfire due to the popularity of her Facebook group. I've noticed that as keto has grown in popularity, so too has the anti-science and extremism. I see a lot of people sharing links to Weston A. Price foundation and perpetuating weird beliefs like all wheat is bad for you/anti-keto. I know they aren't good for you, but Mission tortillas are still technically keto if they fit into your macros. Anything is keto if it fits into your macros. Keto isn't like paleo or Whole30 where we have absolute no foods, it's simply limiting carbs.
