[Serious] Have you ever known someone who has died young? How do you even begin to make peace with it?

I was 6 years old when i meet a kid with the same age.

We start playing a game with marbles when he sugested that we should play it by beting money.

I thought that i had a chance to won some money, since i was winning most of the games... i acepted.

The next games we played, that kid won all games without breaking a sweat.

I felt completly destroyed by him after realized that he tricked me to think that i was better than him and acepted the money bets.

After that, i got embarassed by the fact that i didn't had money to pay him back (we were 6 years old kids)

He then told me (in the most nicest way): "Don't worry, you can pay me back later."

A few days later, my mother came to me and told me: - "You know, that kid that you were playing with marbles in the other day... he died. He knew that he had cancer and that he was on his last days."
