Serious question: Why is everyone mad at Bethesda for things breaking.....during an event to figure out what will break?

I've been in a ton of betas as well and this has been the most slipshod and disappointing one I've ever "participated" in. For two weeks out from launch this beta performed like the first beta you'd see from a brand new MMO company 2 years before their scheduled launch. I mean their launcher straight wiped peoples pre-loads, that never should have happened 2 weeks before launch from a AAA studio who's parent company runs an active MMO. It's like they've done nothing to prep up to this point and just smugly assumed it would all work out. All of this makes me question if Bethesda is even going to be able to keep fallout 76 alive for more than a few months. This beta is actively costing them business and they won't even knuckle the fuck up and talk about it like adults. Just fucking shameful.
