[Serious] What tracks from movie scores always get you emotional?

You're probably thinking of horror films, but Sacrifice from The Evil Within 2 is a good pick for me.

For context, this plays right after the final boss fight in a game where main character Sebastian Castellanos is fighting through a demented hellscape in the hopes of rescuing his daughter Lily who was kidnapped from the family home years ago.

This song plays when Sebastian has secured his daughter and is about to bring her out of the STEM system, with one final conversation with his wife Mira, pleading with her to escape STEM with him; but Mira makes it clear that in order to ensure their safety, she has to die - she's been planning a suicide attack to kill the evil group that kidnapped Lily in order to use her as the central control system for a virtual reality/brainwashing system and this is the only opportunity to do so without getting her husband and daughter killed. In her last moment of lucidity before she dies, Mira is letting her husband know how much she means to him and asking for him to escape the madness that is STEM.
