[Serious] What is your primary problem right now?

It's just one of those things man. I'd been with this girl since high school. We were engaged up until this happened, and our finances were intertwined. I could sell the house, but the mortgage is actually cheaper than rent would be for any worth while apartment in the area. Plus, I at least have equity in the property if I hold it long enough.

It's less the financial burden of the mortgage, and more about the fact that I need to learn to work through these finances as a single adult for the first time in my life. It's just a challenge, and I'm planning on getting through it.

If anything, I'm planning on selling some of my luxuries to pay down credit cards.
