Hey man, I want you to know that there is hope for all of us and that coming to realise that there's something wrong with our lives is the first step towards improving it.

I think I know exactly how you're feeling. This one time at school, I was getting up from my seat when I turned around to grab my bag that was behind me. A fairly cute girl in my year was behind me and she noticed me when I turned around. When she saw me, it's like her face changed completely to a look of absolute disgust (you were probably expecting something else lol). My self-confidence kinda took a hit and that event ruined my day. I literally almost made a female puke with my face.

I guess PMO turns you into some sort of disgusting, depraved, half-human creature like Gollum from LOTR - I felt like a total creep/weirdo because only those kind of people get that kind of reaction from women. Well, today I made that same person smile when I made a joke and this is when I realised that it's definitely possible to reverse the effects of porn:)
