Should I go to CIA?

Some schools are better than others but it also boils down to dedication and how much you put into it. If you feel you need more one on one hands approach attending a school might be useful but keep in mind its vastly different then working on a real kitchen setting. Theres no right or wrong way you need to do whats best for you what style of learning works better for u and weigh the pros and cons. My dad didnt attend a culinary school and was able to accomplish owning multiple restaurants, passed his cmc test, went to culinary olympics and taught as a professor at the cia... but by doing is how he learned and he was a very dedicated person. Ive seen people go to culinary school and flop in the kitchen because its not what they expected and ive seen others do great at culinary school and the same with those who were taught by working in different kitchens. This is all a personal choice noone can tell you whats best for you. Best of luck
