Why should I have to pay to fix something Comcast broke?

How do you think the lines get from the "hub" (that's the mdu, btw, genius) to your condo?? Magic? They go up to the attic of the building and then drop down to each unit. Some condos also have crawlspaces, I've been in plenty of them. Just because you don't have attic access in your condo doesn't mean there isn't one for the building. I mean, do you even know how buildings work?

Comcast has plenty of incentive to maintain the lines at the mdu, which is evidenced by the fact that it is in a LOCKED friggin room.

"No, idiot. You have no idea what you're talking about. Of the lines running from the hub to my unit are damaged, that's on the HOA which has a contract with Comcast. When you buy a Condo, you don't buy the entire fucking building."

Did you even read what I said? I said the lines outside at the mdu. "At the mdu" is our responsibility. That is the point of demarc. The lines running from the hub to your unit are different. They are after the point of demarc. Please try to keep up.
